Interviews – Lili Wexu – Get Clever About Voice Acting and Announcing

We talk about her career, her new e-book series, and so much more.

In the first of our new interview series, GeekCast Radio Presents, Steve and Mike welcome voice actress Lili Wexu to Altered Geek and Studio 2009. We talk about her career, her new e-book series, and so much more.

Lili Wexu (Assassin’s Creed Franchise, 2010 Olympic Games) currently has an e-book series called Get Clever About Voice Acting & Announcing, which is aimed at helping actors (and aspiring voice actors) use their skills to tap into a rapidly evolving, expanding industry. The format and design of the e-books are similar to the popular “For Dummies” series – they’re accessible, informative, and concise.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, Lili’s e-books provide an excellent resource for actors who wish to take advantage of this time by:
  • Honing their craft
  • Becoming a knowledgeable recording engineer (setup/work from a home studio)
  • Learning how to get great gigs for themselves
Lili is also hosts IG Livestreams with fellow voice actors. She recently had Elias Toufexis (Deus Ex Franchise, Gods and Heroes) on her stream to discuss the state of the entertainment industry and how actors can adapt.

Lili also recently become a Backstage.com expert contributor. She’ll be posting even more helpful content on Backstage to help actors get through this time.
